The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Digital Merchandising, you will support the planning, inventory control, and distribution of our product assortment across the Digital network, covering M.com and Digital concession partners. This role will work cross-functionally across the business and is pivotal in ensuring that the right products are at the right POS, at the right time, and in the right quantities, directly contributing to an increase in online performance and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Concessions and Third Party:
1. Manage weekly/biweekly manual replenishment for EMEA digital concessions, ensuring stock levels adhere to company stock cover targets while ensuring adequate stock levels to achieve revenue targets.
2. Launch new season products to partners with sign off from HoDM.
3. Liaise closely with the DC and Digital Trading team on delivery bookings and frequencies to ensure timely deliveries to partners, including attending weekly meetings.
4. Work closely with Digital Trading Assistant on product opportunities for product nominations.
5. Manage the seasonal RTV process, arranging for old season stock to be returned to MEDC in a timely manner to optimise stock flow throughout the business.
6. Partner with B&M on seasonal stocktakes.
7. Responsible for issuing all pricing communications to partners, including new season price lists, promotional and markdown pricing, and launch dates.
8. Support the Digital Trading team in any ad-hoc projects such as new partner setup.
9. Support Digital Trading team in seasonal buys.
Mulberry.com:
1. Regularly review stock and sales across M.com stock locations, suggesting and taking actions to optimise product availability and stock cover, such as IDS reviews, replenishment requests, and moving stock between UK and EU sites while optimising UK Omni capabilities.
2. Identify areas of stock risk or opportunity and share with the wider Digital Trading team.
3. Support Digital Trading team on M.com pricing uploads as and when required.
4. Support Digital Trading team in seasonal buys.
Reporting:
1. Weekly and monthly reporting on product KPIs such as ST%, stock cover, and bestseller analysis.
2. Present insightful findings and actions in weekly and monthly trading meetings.

Skills & Experience Required:
1. Experience of working in Retail, including fashion or luxury products.
2. Experience merchandising within a digital department or digital-first company preferred but not essential.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Excellent numerical and analytical skills; ability to analyse and interpret data.
5. Proactive approach to problem-solving with effective solutions.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Ability to effectively manage own time and prioritise workload.
8. Good presentation skills; effective and influential in a variety of formal/informal presentation settings.
9. Customer-focused; dedicated to exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Systems Knowledge:
1. Effective use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel.
3. Business Objects, SQL Server, Power BI preferred but not essential.
