The Air Ambulance Service provides two very important functions, Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and The Children’s Air Ambulance (TCAA) which provides paediatric transfers across the UK. Our objective is to save lives, utilising specialist pilots, doctors, and paramedics and with our work centered on saving lives, improving clinical outcomes and being able to react quickly and efficiently to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategically develop a high-value prospect pipeline of corporate partners, each contributing over £25k, with the aim of generating an impressive annual income exceeding £200,000 to meet and surpass financial targets.
* Design and pitch innovative propositions for corporate partners, creatively building opportunities for their support and engagement.
* Establish a process for engagement and relationship development, ensuring a seamless supporter journey that maximises income potential and builds long-term partnerships.
* Identify income opportunities within companies, building strong external and internal relationships to unlock these opportunities, including applications and proposals.
* Participate in fundraising events and other key networking opportunities, leveraging these occasions to create and nurture prospects.
* Contribute to the broader organisational goals by driving stock generation and securing Gifts in Kind, enhancing our resources and capabilities.
* Monitor & evaluate all aspects of corporate partnerships, providing detailed reports on income and engagement in alignment with our KPIs.
* Conduct thorough due diligence on donors and prospects, ensuring that all contributions are in compliance with our policies and legislation.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in corporate partnership management or a similar role with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in managing databases and reporting on KPIs.
* Willingness to attend events and networking opportunities as required.
* Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of our organisation throughout your career to date.
* A clear passion for the work that we do and a commitment to maximising income potential for our cause.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation and work collaboratively.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
