DMN Design Build, a trusted name in exhibitions and events for over 60 years, has partnered with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver high-quality exhibition design, manufacture and installation services. We’re seeking a highly motivated Exhibition Salesperson to join our expanding business.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach exhibitors to secure design briefs for future shows.
2. Work with clients on their exhibition design and negotiate contracts, working towards your annual sales target.
3. Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and insights.
4. Support the senior account directors and design team on complicated tenders.
5. Deliver regular and accurate reports on sales performance, including forecasting and pipeline management.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
2. Strong communication and organisational skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive and successful relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
6. As many of our projects are international, a passport and availability to travel internationally is required.
Salary: Based on experience + uncapped commission.
