Procure to Pay (PTP) Manager - EMEA Shared Services

Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for driving process efficiency and leading high-performing teams? A leading global organization is looking for a Procure to Pay (PTP) Manager to oversee its EMEA Shared Service Centre operations.

The Role
As the PTP Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the end-to-end procure-to-pay process. You'll ensure smooth invoice processing, timely payments, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the full PTP cycle, including invoice verification, approvals, and supplier reconciliations.
2. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements for vendor, supplier, and artist payments.
3. Manage PO and non-PO invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
4. Act as the primary escalation point for PTP-related issues, including vendor disputes.
5. Lead and develop a team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
6. Implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Own the accounts payable sub-ledger and support financial reporting and audit requirements.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, procurement, and treasury functions.
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience leading PTP or Accounts Payable functions within a shared service centre or multinational environment.
2. Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and automation tools.
3. Expertise in compliance, risk management, and SOX controls.
4. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
6. A finance or accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is desirable but not essential.
