To be considered for this role, experience working in both a customer service and an administrative environment is essential. You will have experience liaising with people over the phone, be a natural problem solver, the ability to prioritise and have a positive attitude. Previous experience working in the property industry (such as a lettings / sales negotiator, property administrator) would be beneficial but is not essential as ongoing training will be provided. Key roles include; Work alongside the lettings team and support where needed, including the registration of applicants, organising and accompanying viewings. Being a point of contact for tenants and landlords on any enquiries or issues, such as maintenance or repair requests. Arranging property inspections when required and feedback any issues or queries to landlords. Coordinating contractors on behalf or landlords and tenants and keeping all parties fully updated. Arranging inventories and tenancy check in/outs including any repairs/ cleaning that is required. Booking Gas Safety, EPC's, PAT tests etc. Keeping accurate property records. Helping to ensure we are compliant with legislation across our operations Both successful candidates will require a full driving licence and will need to work some Saturdays (9-4pm).
