Our mission is to connect farming communities with consumers who care. We are seeking a friendly, positive, and hardworking individual to join our customer experience team. Your role will involve assisting customers with orders and accounts via phone, live chat, and social media, handling inquiries, and working to retain customers considering cancellations. You will also track deliveries and liaise with couriers, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities include:
* Responding to customer queries promptly across multiple channels.
* Making outbound calls to retain customers and prevent cancellations.
* Representing the brand and advocating for the customer in every interaction.
* Engaging in loyalty and retention calls.
* Managing delivery tracking and courier communication.
* Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
* Managing social media and review platforms.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
* Customer-first attitude and commitment to excellence.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Confidence in making outbound retention calls.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms (training provided).

Additional Information:
Full-time, permanent, office-based role in Somerset. Working hours are 8.5 hours between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour paid lunch break. Flexibility for bank holidays and occasional evening work may be required.
