We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fit out and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including offices, retail, hotels, and high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality finishes and managing bespoke joinery manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and in-house teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Oversee the production of bespoke joinery in our fully equipped workshop.
* Maintain the highest standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the fit out and refurbishment industry.
* Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and high-quality finish requirements.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with CAD design development is advantageous.
