About the Role
As a SEN Supply Worker, you will support students with a variety of special educational needs, helping them engage in learning and reach their full potential.
Your role will vary depending on the day, but will generally involve:
1. Supporting classroom activities
2. Assisting with personal care
3. Managing behaviour
4. Offering one-to-one or small group support
You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure that students have the best possible learning experience, helping them to overcome barriers to education.
