This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education who want to train on the job, earning while they learn and working towards a PGCE with QTS in their subject specialism.
Programme Overview:
* Year 1: Work as a Cover Supervisor, developing classroom confidence and gaining essential experience.
* Year 2: Progress onto a salaried teacher training contract with a school, earning up to £24,224 while completing your PGCE.
* Receive support and training throughout your journey to becoming a qualified teacher.

* A degree in a relevant subject for secondary teaching.
* Passion for education and a genuine interest in working with young people.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Commitment to completing teacher training in a Salford or Greater Manchester secondary school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
