We are thrilled to partner with a highly reputable facilities maintenance company that is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to join their dynamic and growing team Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely quotations following reactive maintenance attendances based on site assessments, materials, labour, and cost considerations. Collaborate with Account Managers and the wider team to ensure competitive pricing. Work closely with the NICEIC QS to ensure all activities comply with current regulations and maintain necessary compliance certificates. Regularly review and renew certification records, coordinating inspections as needed. Efficiently allocate and schedule maintenance engineers to meet client needs, prioritising tasks based on urgency. Oversee the coordination of reactive and quoted work tasks to ensure timely completion with minimal disruption. Conduct regular site audits to ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Act as the primary contact for clients regarding electrical maintenance services, managing relationships, and addressing feedback. Lead, mentor, and develop the electrical maintenance team, promoting best practises and technical skills. About You: Relevant qualification in electrical engineering or a related field (e.g., HND, NVQ Level 3). Proven experience in electrical maintenance management, ideally in a multi-site or FM environment. Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and current electrical codes. Proficient in quoting, estimating, and managing budgets for maintenance projects. Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
