Key Responsibilities of a Referrals Manager
1. Manage all referrals from the initial enquiry through to admission.
2. Complete detailed assessments for new admissions
3. Lead the assessment of referrals in partnership with Registered Managers.
4. Work with the Director of Business Development to ensure all environments meet the specific needs of individuals.
5. Liaise with Commissioners and placing professionals, supporting the referral process from start to finish.
6. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring regular communication to generate ongoing referrals.
Requirements:
7. Report to the Director of Business Development
8. Focus on growing portfolios whilst working with Operations / Recruitment to facilitate safe and appropriate placements.
9. This role will be the first point of contact for all referral enquiries received and will lead the full cycle referral process; from assessment through to admission.
10. The focus of the role is to manage the smooth facilitation of referrals, coordinating with wider operational colleagues to maintain high levels of occupancy across the organisation.
11. A key measure of success will be in the incremental increase of occupancy levels throughout our services.
