We are seeking a diligent and proactive Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support our client's busy customer service department within the energy and natural resources industry. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and resolving customer queries as well as ad-hoc duties. Client Details Our client is a large organisation within the energy and natural resources industry and they are looking for an experienced Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their Salford team. Description As a Temporary Customer Service Administrator you will: Handling customer enquiries and complaints through phone, and email. Updating and maintaining customer records in the company database. Develop, maintain and update Customer database for all relevant customers when in contact. Manage, maintain and update Application register for the relevant customers. Assisting customers with the application process, answering any queries regarding this. Manage a busy customer email inbox, responding to queries within SLA's. Please note offer of employment is subject to a successful Basic DBS check. Th is role is a fully office based role, and no hybrid working can be offered.
