Your primary responsibilities will involve managing customer accounts, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, handling both repeat and new sales over the phone.
2. Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
3. Utilise our ERP system for efficient order processing (experience preferred but not required).
4. Accurately record market information and customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Coordinate with the production department to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
6. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
7. Assist with general office administration and support the sales team as needed.
Skills and Experience
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent organisational skills, and a desire to grow in account management. A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of two years’ sales experience is preferred.
