Job summary This role is for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Brentwood Arches Care Home in London, a role that involves supporting the Hospitality Manager to ensure consistent customer care and service, as well as overseeing the catering operations and maintaining health and safety standards. Main duties of the job The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for liaising with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to ensure all hydration and nutritional needs are met, supporting and delivering all catering services throughout the home, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining areas, and working with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to provide interesting themes for special events.
