Description Salary: £25,193 - £25,992 pro rata Hours per week: 22 or 21 hours Interview date: To be confirmed after shortlisting Riverbank - Day Opportunities - Promoting Health, Ensuring Care At Riverbank we support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism who may also live with additional complex, physical or health needs. We provide care to customers throughout the year and as a Support Worker you will perform your duties in a person-centred manner, promoting well-being, choices, dignity and independence. You will support customers with personal care needs, social daily living skills and leisure or work activities. We work with those attending the service to identify and achieve their personal identified outcomes, supporting in a variety of activities within the service or the local community. We will provide regular training opportunities to support you in this role and you will be supported to undertake a 26-week probationary period with regular meetings throughout this period to monitor progress.
