Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee all health and safety aspects throughout the commissioning process.
* Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth project execution and successful handover.
* Ensure commissioning activities align with required quality standards, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices.
* Demonstrate leadership to motivate and inspire the team towards achieving company goals.
* Develop, review, and approve Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all commissioning tasks.
* Provide regular progress updates to the Commissioning Manager and raise any issues as necessary.
* Support the creation of commissioning plans, inspection and test procedures, and training manuals.
* Offer technical guidance and share expertise with team members.
* Ensure final outcomes meet specifications and client requirements.
* Maximize efficiency in testing and commissioning activities.
Candidate Requirements:
* This is a senior-level role, requiring extensive experience in instrumentation and telemetry.
* Proven expertise in PLC systems, with experience in both construction and design.
* Demonstrated success in a similar role.
* Strong engineering background with experience in working with complex PLC systems under tight deadlines.
* Relevant qualifications such as C&G, NVQ, HNC, or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently with a high attention to detail.
* In-depth knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC systems.
