Finance Planning & Analysis Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Location: Egham, England, United Kingdom (On-site) (office-based role with occasional travel to customer, partner, and supplier locations. Hybrid working is not available)
Role
We are seeking a talented Finance Planning & Analysis Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team. Your role will be crucial in supporting Financial Reporting, Business Planning, Performance Analysis, and Management and Investor Reporting.
Reporting into the EVP – Finance, your duties will include:
* Management Presentations: Develop frameworks for financial reporting and create monthly management reports.
* Investor Reporting: Help design investor dashboards and prepare detailed reports for monthly and quarterly updates.
* Planning & Budgeting: Support business plan creation, forecast growth potential, and prepare comprehensive budgets and management presentations.
* Financial Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate financial statements, reconcile ledger accounts, and assist with closing processes. Conduct variance analysis and ensure compliance with internal controls.
* Cost Analysis: Identify cost optimisation opportunities and develop in-depth cost analysis frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
* Professional Finance qualification (e.g.CA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with management.
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in planning, analysis, and financial evaluation concepts.
* Knowledge of financial evaluation concepts and techniques.
