KEY PURPOSE Trapeze is looking to appoint a Programme Manager that will oversee and manage the coordination, implementation, and management of large size projects within the organization and its key customers. This role is key to ensuring successful delivery of strategic objectives by managing resources, schedules, budgets, risks, and interdependencies among projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and Manage the delivery of individual large size projects within the programme. Develop large size project plans, scope, objective and deliverables. Communicate plans, scope and objectives to internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities. Identify interdependencies among projects and facilitate collaboration. Monitor and report on progress, resolving issues as they arise. Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders at various levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Liaise with external partners, vendors, and clients to ensure delivery of the projects. Communicate the vision and progress of the programme to senior management. Identify, assess, and manage programme-level risks, issues, and changes. Develop mitigation strategies to address risks that could impact project delivery. Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations for solutions. Manage the programme budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial performance. Ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure programme success. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Key Skills & Competencies: PMO experience: High-level of experience and background in PMO, preferably managing software projects from delivery to completion (essential). PMO experience with government bodies and local authorities (nice to have) Strategic Thinking: Ability to align programme activities with organizational goals and create long-term plans. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with senior management, clients, and teams. Risk Management: Proven experience in identifying risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Problem Solving: Analytical and decisive in problem-solving, with the ability to assess risks and determine solutions. Budgeting & Financial Acumen: Experience managing large budgets and ensuring cost-effective delivery.
