Serving as part of our elite StrategicIP Services (SIPS) team, you'll be the key point of contact for adiverse portfolio of telecommunications vendors. From managingday-to-day relationships to leading formal business reviews, you'llensure our contracts are ironclad, SLAs are met, and anyperformance issues are swiftly resolved.
As anexperienced negotiator, you'll excel at structuring new vendoragreements and renewals that drive top and bottom-line growth.You'll work closely with our global stakeholders to maintainstandardization and identify new opportunities to streamline ouroperations.

Key jobresponsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contactfor global telecommunications vendors
- Conducthigh-level business reviews to ensure contract compliance and SLAadherence
- Identify cost optimization opportunities andlead complex vendor negotiations
- Interact withcross-functional teams to drive standardization and processimprovements
- Resolve vendor performance issues andexercise contractual rights on behalf ofAmazon
A day in the life
• Collectsand inputs vendor performance data from various stakeholder groupsand tools into a vendor performance workbook.
• Initiatesvendor disputes related to SLA infractions to obtain servicecredits and follows through to dispute resolution.
•Supports onboarding and maintenance of supplier escalationmatrices.
• Manages voice and data circuit detailgovernance, reconciles inventory discrepancies, and evaluatescircuit contract term expirations to partner closely with ISPs todrive cost optimization opportunities.
• Drivesnegotiations to ensure vendor agreement to Amazon key terms andconditions on MTSA and Wireline Service Schedules
•Tracks and reports updates on key programinitiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree
- Experience in developing, negotiatingand executing business agreements
- Experience in aprofessional field or military
- Experience developingstrategies that influence leadership decisions at theorganizational level
- Experience managing programsacross cross functional teams, building processes and coordinatingrelease schedules
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
