Clinical Director - Small Animal FTC
Location: Kilbarchan Veterinary Practice, Kilbarchan, Scotland
Salary: Up to £75,000 Negotiable DOE
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Director (Fixed Term for 12 Months) to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon ready to develop leadership skills while maintaining clinical responsibilities. You will oversee the small animal team, manage your own caseload, and lead on key management duties.
Responsibilities include
* Providing leadership, guidance, and performance management for staff.
* Conducting appraisals and supporting professional development.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
* Overseeing financial management, including achieving EBITDA targets and adhering to financial policies.
* Leading regular team meetings to foster collaboration and keep staff informed of updates.
* Collaborating closely with and supporting the Practice Manager.
