RolePurpose
Inthisrole,youwillberesponsiblefortheentiresalesprocess,fromnewleadgenerationtopost-eventfollow-up.Deliveringrevenuegrowth,implementingeffectivesalesstrategies,promotionalcampaignsandlead-generationactivitiestodriveandexceedsalestargets.
Youwillidentifynewmarketopportunitiesandrevenuestreams,includingcorporateevents,weddings,privateparties,andsocialgatherings.
Youwillhaveresponsibilityforanalysingmarkettrends,competitoractivity,andclientfeedbackreportingtotheGMandBoardandmakingrecommendationsfornewinitiativesandchange.

* Youwillutiliseyourunderstandingofsocialmediaplatforms,algorithms,andwhatscurrentlytrendingtoleadthestrategyforthefunctionsmarketingandsocialmediapresence-Internallyandthroughexternalplatforms/contacts.
* Responsibleforcontentof3rdpartyandownbrandwebsites.
* Gatherandanalysecustomerfeedbackandeventtrendstoidentifyareasforserviceimprovementandnewofferings.
* Buildandmaintainanextensivenetworkofindustrycontacts,includingeventplanners,localbusinesses,andvendors.
* ProvideregularsalesreportstotheGMandboard,includingsalesfigures,revenueforecasts,andperformanceanalysis.
* Identifyopportunitiesforimprovingsalesefficiency,leadconversion,andoverallsalesperformance.
* Forecastmonthlyandannualsalesandadjuststrategiestomeetchangingbusinessconditions.
* Workcloselywiththeeventsandoperationsteamstoensureseamlesscoordinationofclientrequirementsandeventexecution.Thiswillincludeonthedayoversight
* Ensurethatthesalesteamisfullyinformedofallclientpreferencesandeventspecificationstoguaranteeasuccessfulevent.

* Experience:Minimum35yearsofexperienceinSales&Eventsmanagement,inthehospitalityindustry.
