Additionally, you will need to plan and organise creative lessons that align with the school's ethos of learning. Collaboration with staff is also essential, as you will work closely with colleagues to share ideas, strategies, and support each other in delivering high-quality education.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:
* Teaching Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience teaching at the primary school level
* Classroom Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, create a positive learning environment, and handle diverse student needs.
* Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to various learning styles.
* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, QTS, QTLS)
