Job Title: Early Years Teacher Location: North West England, Lancashire, Chorley Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £130 - £180 Per day Job Duties: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for young children Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians Create a safe and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with early years or foundation stage children Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Early Years Teacher Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of child development principles Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual children Strong classroom management skills Proficient in using technology to enhance learning Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education Experience working in a multicultural or diverse setting Working Conditions: This role involves working with young children in a school setting, following term-time schedules.
