Your role and responsibilities You will Work in a changing and fast-paced environment – every day will be different. Work alongside the team’s Co-production Advisors and Digital Information Officer to capture children and young people's views in a range of digital ways. Work directly with children and young people to capture their views and lived experiences. Create films, voice clips, photographs, and other digital means to amplify young peoples voices, particularly those that use children and young people’s (CYP) services. Support the creation of media content for our social media and The Source website. Attend events and meetings where young people are in attendance. Support the wider team to co-produce with children and young people. Support the wider CYP community if appropriate. Attend meetings with CYP colleagues to advocate for CYP’s lived experience. The team The Engagement Hub's primary goal is to empower children and young people in Suffolk by ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are addressed in the services they receive. We work with children and young people, schools, professionals, youth support groups, service providers, and other organisations to gather insights and understand what's important to young people in Suffolk. They work on projects and campaigns that promote the rights and well-being of children and young people and ensure that their voices are heard in the decisions that affect them. We are a small team with a big remit. We try to ensure that we work together on Thursdays in Ipswich, so this will be one of your working days.
