Retirement Income Platform Analyst Reigate – Hybrid (min 50% office based) We have an exciting opportunity for brand new Platform Analyst to join our growing Retail Investment Solutions team, to provide support in the ongoing management, performance and integration of Retail investment solutions on platform for our customers and advisor. This role would ideally suit someone currently working as a retail investment platform Business Analyst, looking to expand their knowledge Reporting into the Head of Retail Investment Solutions, you will understand the operating model that’s support an end to end platform and identify areas of improvement within the advisor journey and overall advisor experience Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with IT teams to define and present business requirements and value statements. Create test plans for the new technology enhancements and support cross party testing activities with new partners. Be the go to person to respond to new and existing business enquiries from our technology partners Review and propose improvements to proposition documents, such as quote documents, propositional documents and partner collateral. Contribute to updates of user guides, training manuals and process flows. Consider feedback from the distribution team and recommend options to address issues. Gather and analyse data needed for governance and performance reviews with partners. Raise service desk incidents and manage resolution with developers and our technology partners manage the resolution of errors and outages. Maintain logs to describe root cause of outages and assess impacts on contractual and partner commitments Skills and Experience: Experience within the UK retirement industry along with an in depth knowledge of the retirement income solutions. Experience within a product management function Excellent analysis and problem resolution skills A confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders to explain business rationale for our operating model. An understanding of the positioning of Group products in the UK Retirement Market An understanding of adviser technology, such as platforms, cashflow planning and back office systems.
