Our four-year programme begins with two years in a designated team, where you will gain hands-on experience, after which, there may be the opportunity to explore other teams within Investment Operations and further broaden your knowledge and experience across this business area. \n\nAlong with learning and completing the daily tasks within the team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in projects that help us enhance our processes and gain exposure to new technologies and applications. Your ideas are important to us, and this will be your chance to develop your skills and build strong relationships across the business. You will have lots of potential to grow and develop and we will support you at each stage in your journey. The apprenticeship programme will provide a mixture of classroom-based and on-the-job training to allow you to achieve an SVQ in Customer Service in Financial Services at SCQF Level 6.
