Part of a small group of individual family run hotels, country club and spa, this hotel offers diners a range of dishes using the freshest local fish, seafood and free range meats delivered daily. During the summer months, the terrace opens up to diners too so you can expect to be very busy, especially when the sun is out!
What’s involved?
As an experienced Breakfast Chef, it is your responsibility to make sure the guests start their day the right way with a delicious breakfast. Working a 5 day working week from 6am until 3pm, you will ensure the breakfast service runs smoothly and then once this is over, you will move on to do prep work and assist with catering for the lunch service as part of a kitchen team of 8. The lunch menu offers a selection of fresh seafood, tapas and light bites and is open to both hotel residents and visitors.
You will monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins whilst ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
