Job Introduction
Sodexo is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at HMRC Worthing. This role is key in providing a welcoming first point of contact for visitors while also handling administrative tasks and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
What you’ll do:
* Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact.
* Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, processing emails, and filing documents.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.
* Assist with porter services and furniture movement as required.
* Manage office supplies, including replenishing tea, coffee, milk, and sugar.
* Operate till systems and follow cash handling procedures.
* Support the catering department and mailroom when required.
* Ensure all safety signage and personal protective equipment (PPE) are used correctly.
* Report maintenance issues and follow health & safety guidelines.
* Assist in securing the building at night.
* Be flexible to cover shifts during holidays and absences.

* Previous experience in a similar role.
