As the building surveyor you will assist the senior building surveyor in delivering an excellent facilities maintenance service and oversee repairs and maintenance of our council’s commercial property portfolio. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our commercial facilities are well maintained and operate at their optimum capacity. This is a diverse role in a busy team and the applicant will need to have significant and broad experience of managing contractors, organising maintenance schedules and following up actions arising from routine inspections, repairs and planned maintenance.
