Lo-Fi Games is an independent games studio based in Bristol, where creativity, diversity, and staff wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do!
Right now, we’re hard at work crafting the prequel to our cult hit game Kenshi, a title that boasts over 2 million players, a 95% positive Steam rating, and an ever-growing die-hard fanbase!
We're on the hunt for a creative and experienced Publishing Director to help drive the strategic direction of our in-house games, Kenshi 1 and Kenshi 2.
As part of our small but passionate team, you'll tackle the challenge of overseeing product launches, maximizing revenue to help us stay independently funded, and expanding our presence in the gaming world. If you have a strong blend of leadership, market expertise, and collaborative spirit, we want you to help us take our games—and our studio—to the next level.
This is a hybrid role with occasional visits to our Central Bristol office required. The frequency of these visits will be agreed upon with the successful candidate and may vary based on business needs. Therefore, applicants should be based in the UK and able to travel to Bristol when necessary.
