Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them by phone, email, and face-to-face with any questions or concerns.
* Organize appointments, maintain customer records, and manage day-to-day administrative duties.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
* Provide information about our products and services, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer care.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy setting.
* Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
