We're looking for an HR professional to join us and lead our people business partnering team. As a senior, high profile and influential role, you will play an integral part in the facilitation and delivery of excellent standards of healthcare services via the provision of an inclusive People function with the aim of contributing to the delivery of excellent patient services and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* To contribute to the development of People services promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, best practice and supporting innovation and modernisation.
* Line management of 3 Senior HR Business Partners, oversee the development of the team, contributing to development and ensuring that all team members have a real voice in the development of the People service.
* Role model a business focused and performance oriented approach, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Support and be responsible for the team to take the lead in the trust's annual and longer term workforce plan, which underpins the operational plan and trust strategy.
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop’s Stortford, and St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping. We employ over 3,700 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire.
