Build a positive and trusting rapport with the students to encourage engagement and development. Implement tailored strategies to address the individual needs of each student, especially during non-verbal periods or communication challenges. Adapt classroom activities and resources to suit the students’ abilities and learning styles. Contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment within the school community.
