I am recruiting a CARING and PASSIONATE Registered Manager to oversee a 9-bed service for adults with learning and physical disabilities. The service, which is located in Pontypridd, RCT, supports adults aged between 18 - 65.

Registered Managers work alongside the Area Manager and the Senior Leadership team, enabling the support teams to deliver quality service to the people they support. Registered Managers are also responsible for managing and building positive relationships with all stakeholders and putting our vision and values into action to deliver first-class service.
* Salary: 45,000
* Hours: Full-Time
* Contract: Permanent
* Shifts: 37.5 hours a week

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
* Lead, mentor, and support your team to deliver the highest quality of care.
* Manage the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote positive outcomes.
* Serve as the key point of contact for staff, residents, families, and external professionals.
* Collaborate with senior management to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
* QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Proven experience managing services for individuals with autism and complex behaviours
* Must be resilient
* Drivers are ESSENTIAL due to the nature of the role.
