Key Responsibilities:
* Onsite Customer Support – Troubleshoot and resolve issues with motors and drive systems
* System Integration & Testing – Conduct lab and field testing for development and customer validation
* Pre & Post-Production Support – Assist customers with system setup, testing, and production
* Collaboration – Work closely with engineering teams to improve processes and solution
* Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships and provide high-quality support
* Travel Flexibility – Must be willing to travel globally every 1-3 months
Requirements:
* Engineering qualification or proven industry experience
* Hands-on experience inengineering/manufacturing
* Strongproblem-solving & troubleshooting skills
* Ability toread technical drawings and follow detailed processes
* Experience withsoldering, wiring, and PCB assembly
* Excellentcommunication & customer service skills
* Flexible & adaptable – willing to travel globally and work in different environments
