Are you a caring, compassionate individual looking for a rewarding role in a family-run care environment? We’re seeking enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join our Interhome Bank Team, supporting our two homes in Seaford and Eastbourne.
As a valued member of our team, you’ll work flexibly between both homes, receiving the same high-quality training, support, and career growth opportunities as our permanent staff. Our homes have been proudly serving the community for over 40 years and are both rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.

What We’re Looking For:
* Driving: Having access to a vehicle is an advantage to facilitate working between the homes.
* Experience: Previous experience in care is a bonus but not required. We provide a comprehensive induction programme along with ongoing support and guidance to ensure your success.

* Flexibility to work across both Seaford and Eastbourne homes as required.
