Responsibilities:
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining high professionalism and accuracy.
* Assist in the organisation and execution of company events and meetings.
* Maintain and organise files and records, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
* Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team efficiently.
* Manage and prioritise the calendars of executives, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare executive itineraries, ensuring all details are organised and communicated clearly.
* Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive task approach.
* Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
