There is an exciting new opening in a Print Management company whichdiffers from all competitors. They specialise in servicing the high end of thefinancial markets, along with publishing, marketing and charity sectors, andprides itself in providing high quality, flexible, innovative print servicesusing the latest technologies in an environmentally responsible manner.
An integral and pro-active member of thesales department, the role of Account Executive will be to provide support andback-up for your designated account team. Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts led by theAccount Manager, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superiorlevel of customer service. Working in conjunction with your account team, youwill develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirementsare met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specificService Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with highefficiency and respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner. Receivingquote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responseswill also be expected to be carried out within the target response time.
You must be on the ball, continuously confirming, monitoring andprogressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule,budget and quality standards. You will ensure customers stock stored andproduced is proactively monitored and stock levels are maintained. Organisationwill be key – managing the production board for your account team, ensuring itis always up to date and contains the correct information.
The Account Executive role needs a creatively minded individual with akeen eye for detail. Your role will include managing website imagery for youraccount team and managing artwork and proof submission and approval between thesuppler and the client.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years ofworking within the print industry. Experience of Direct Mail would be desirablebut not essential.
