A Part-time HR Advisor is required to join a manufacturing company based in Stourport-on-Severn. You will be required on-site Monday - Friday, totalling 24 hours per week. Working in a small team, responsible for a site of approximately 100 employees. A key member of the HR Department, you will aid with day-to-day activities surrounding recruitment, absence management and on-boarding.
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for -
* Talent acquisition - writing job descriptions, arranging interviews and completing offers and contracts
* Managing and monitoring annual leave and absences, including preparation of attendance information for payroll
* Completing return to work, exit interviews, identifying initiatives to increase employee retention
* Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
* Attending disciplinaries and grievances, providing note-taking and associated reports
* Any general HR administration tasks as required
Ideally for this HR Advisor role, you will have -
* Experience with talent management
* Understanding of the Bradford Factor or similar
* Strong time management and good initiative
* Proven experience working in a HR role
* Due to occasional site visits to a secondary site in Lye, it would be preferable for you to have your own transport.
