We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Primary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Crewe. In this role, you will work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help, and contribute to creating a positive and dynamic classroom atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparation, supporting small groups and individual students, helping with classroom management, and monitoring students’ progress to ensure they are on track. Additionally, you’ll support children during breaks, lunch times, and other school activities, helping them to feel engaged and confident.
This position offers a competitive pay range of £85 to £95 per day, with ample opportunities for professional development and growth within the school.
