Key Responsibilities:
1. Ability to prepare, cook and serve meals to deadlines.
2. Assisting with ordering and menu planning.
3. Team supervision, under the direction of the Catering Manager and in their absence.
4. Knowledge of health & safety requirements and experience of completing routine checks to ensure a high standard of food hygiene.
5. Creativity to support implementation and development of the primary meal service.
6. Contributing to menu development and knowledge of school food standards.
7. Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
