Our client is a Supported Housing Service that supports young people leaving care, aged between 16 and 21.
Keenan Recruitment has been retained to recruit for a full-time, permanent Team Leader in Downpatrick.
The Team Leader will work in conjunction with the Manager to lead and manage a Support Staff Team and to maintain and develop the Supported Housing Service.
Essential Criteria for Shortlisting:
* A full, current driving license and access to a car insured for business use and either;
* 3 years’ experience of working with young people in supported housing or a similar environment;
OR
* Degree in Social Work, Youth and Community Work or similar AND 2 years’ experience of working with young people in supported housing or a similar environment.
* Have an understanding of young people who have left care or have high support needs.
Salary: £28,770 per annum
