The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a good work ethic, high standards and, importantly, a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes within your designated section, ensuring quality and consistency. Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and development. Manage own kitchen section during service Take responsibility covering all areas of kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and adhere to health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with in house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance. Work efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining attention to detail. Prepare food to the standard required in a timely and efficient manner Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-paced restaurant. Expertise in culinary techniques and food preparation. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a clear focus. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
