Your new role
The HR Data Analyst will support the delivery and development of our clients' HR Analytics strategy to provide insight which actively supports our Business & HR priorities. Operating as a subject-matter expert, the analyst will support their HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver HR Analytic initiatives which help inform and enable data-driven decision-making.The role will focus on three key areas:1) HR Reporting: Working in partnership with the Systems team to ensure the data integrity is high and Power BI dashboards and Business Objects reports accurately reflect the business2) HR Analytics: Developing and providing insight which supports the business and focusses on becoming more digitally enabled.3) Value-added automation: Working with the wider function to identify, develop and deliver automation to drive improved employee experience, efficiency, and accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power BI
2. Previous experience working with HR Analytics tools (Business Objects preferable)
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem abilities
4. Experience of analysing large amounts of complex data
5. Ability to prioritise work, to meet critical deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
