Your duties will include:
* Ensure highest standard of Food Production and presentation within the hotel adhering to menu specification and departmental Standards of Performance
* Ensure Food Hygiene Regulations are adhered to and that departmental checklists and guidelines regarding Food production and storage etc, are updated, monitored, and actioned
* Ensure the kitchen remains a clean, safe, and organised environment always, highlighting any major Health and Safety issues to Senior management for action.
* Liaise with Restaurant Management regarding promotional ideas such as specials, seasonal dishes, and special occasion menus, implementing as required.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work, as well demonstrating strong communication skills to staff and guests. This position is available on a Full-Time contract, with flexibility available.
