Band F (SCP 12 - 19) £27,711 - £31,067 per annum

As the Asset Co-ordinator as part of the Corporate Assets team, your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our portfolio of Public Buildings and open spaces are maintained to a high standard and in-line with statutory compliance regulations.
You’ll have a busy position with direct links across the organisation with a wide range of colleagues, customers, contractors and councillors.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience of working with multi-trades persons, managing multiple jobs
2. Experience of creating and maintaining asset databases and financial monitoring returns
3. Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and find innovative solutions when necessary
4. Knowledge of statutory compliance and relevant building/construction legislation
5. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including staff, the general public, external contractors and council officials
6. Must be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team
