Enhanced communication skills to work with patients, families and health/social care professionals. Ability to work in a complex environment, often in isolation and demonstrate effective coping mechanisms. Quality focused with an innovative approach to solving complex problems. Diplomacy Sensitive to the needs of those affected by life-limiting illness. Flexibility to work various shifts patterns over a 24 hour period 7 days a week. Ability to respond to changing work shifts. Must be able to travel autonomously across the geographical area covered by the service.
