Position:
As a Product Analyst you will play a key role in the product development process. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and innovative solutions, ensuring products meet market demands and user expectations. You will support the creation of amazing products that truly matter alongside the Product Team. Your energy for collaboration, agility and data-driven decisions will drive our success.

* You will know our market by conducting in-depth research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Supporting the Product Managers, Product Owners and Designers with up-to-date insight and guidance on how we can drive value through solving problems. You will be responsible for soliciting and managing customer participants for discovery and user-testing.
* Data analysis will form the basis of our decision making. You will support the identification, assessment and implementation of data tools, which will provide insight from various sources to identify patterns, trends and opportunities to adapt to market needs to gain a competitive advantage. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
* You will support the Product Team, Designers and Developers with discovery, epic, feature and user-story exploration, prototyping, fast customer feedback, and ensuring a seamless end to end user experience.
* You will support Product Managers with the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, triage customer feedback using tools to aid decision making.
Your key responsibilities
* Analytical Skills: Strong analysis, visualisation, and extraction of data insights to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical product data tooling, implementation and utilisation.
* Business Acumen: Knowledge of business principles and market dynamics.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Experience
* Excellent knowledge and experience of Agile, scrum methodology and practises
* Experience with DevOps or JIRA
* Insurance and Broking industry experience, including digital web journeys Q&B and Self-Service
* Experience in B2B and B2C user-experience and design
* Data analysis and experience of various product tooling
Qualifications
* Educated to a business degree or equivalent
* Certified Agile Product Manager/Owner
* Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (advantage)
