We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Guest Service Assistant to join our team at the Doubletree by Hilton in Kensington; a prestigious 4-star property located in bustling Kensington.
What will you be doing?
As a Night Cleaner, you are responsible for the cleaning and servicing of public areas, meeting rooms, kitchen and other back of house areas overnight, ensuring that these are always deep cleaned to brand standards. A Night Cleaner will also be required to support with guest requests; specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Dust, vaccum and mo p public areas, meeting rooms and back of house
* Undertake regular routine and deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen
* Deliver items to the rooms
* Replenish amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience
* Help setting up the meeting rooms for the next day.
* Report any maintenance defects in public areas and back of house to the housekeeping management team.
* Report any missing or damaged items to the reception team and own the responsibility to ensure that the items are replaced or repaired so to create an uninterrupted or impaired stay for the Guest
* Be environmentally aware
* Dispose of waste accordingly
* Clean public areas, meeting rooms/suites and back of house
* Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
* Carry out lost property procedures
* Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
