Job Description
3. Manage HR daily operations and monitor HR metrics.
4. Support in recruitment process by creating job ads, screening applicants and scheduling interviews.
5. Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
6. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
7. Manage employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
8. Handle employee benefits and compensation issues.
9. Address employee queries regarding HR related issues.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
12. Proven experience as an HR Admin or similar role.
13. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
14. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).
15. Familiarity with social media recruiting.
16. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
18. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
